AthleteShine provides automated video analysis and highlight generation services for sports content. Our service includes:

• Automated video processing and highlight detection
• Chat assistant for sports analysis and coaching
• Cloud storage for your videos and generated content
• Subscription-based access to premium features

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial period. Your trial automatically converts to a free account after 14 days unless you choose to upgrade.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Price Changes

We may change our subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content

All content provided by AthleteShine, including software, text, graphics, logos, and automatically generated content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates the privacy or rights of others

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our services
